Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Country Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of Action Against Hunger’s interventions in its area of ​​intervention.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Coordinate the implementation of ACF’s country strategy in its area of ​​intervention
Coordinate the overall implementation of programs in the field
Manage the teams in its area of ​​intervention (5 employees)
Facilitate good relations with the coordination teams
Represent ACF and ensure relations with partners, authorities, United Nations agencies and NGOs in its area of ​​intervention
Ensure reporting, communication and compliance
Manage the safety and security of the base

Profile:

You hold a Bac+5 in a field related to humanitarian action: project management, technical training related to one of our intervention sectors, human resources management, logistics and financial management, project cycle management, management.
You have at least 2 years of experience in base and program coordination within international NGOs, and you have already successfully managed teams and security.
You know how to analyze a security and humanitarian context, with good planning, organizational and writing skills.
You are able to work independently and adapt to a multicultural environment.
You are proficient in Office Pack and written and spoken English.
